"Culzean Castle in Ayrshire has extensive gardens and ponds to ramble around and enjoy. The ‘swan lake’ was a great opportunity to capture scenes of wildlife, waterscapes and people. This swan, captured on canvas paper was just coming out of the water and presenting itself to a young family, mother and three children. This is to be part of a larger piece capturing the family timidly huddling together on the left as this swan emerges and boldly announces its presence. You can mount and frame this study for a finished display."
