Lobster Claws

Acrylic on cradled birch panel (24”w x 30”h x1.5”d)

this is the third painting in my Jamaican flower series, and clearly a bold, distinctive shape, and yet it hides behind the leaves of so many plants. I would guess almost everyone on that busy pathway passes this remarkable beauty without a care.
